Are these WW?

Hi all you good people at Wembley Ware Society - I am wondering if anyone could help me identify these 2 pin dishes which i recently purchased. They are not back-stamped Wembley Ware but they look very much like the work of Alva Gooden who painted for WW. The initials look to be AB or AG. Is it possible for them to be Wembley Ware even though they do not have a stamp?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Certainly look like it Sylvie - but whether signature is of Alva would not bet on it but it could be...one of the who knows!!!!! Wembley did do little pin dishes like those but once again could not be 100% sure. They are nice pieces though and worth keeping if you collect Aussie Pottery. Not much help I am afraid!!! Lee

Thanks so much for your reply Lee, much appreciated - i suppose it is difficult to know for sure if they are Wembley Ware given that they aren't back stamped, but it's nice to know that they could be... No-one has yet said that they definitely are not Wembley, so that's a plus. Thanks again, Sylvie
